I have activated my account via email. I am able to sign into my account on the web. BUT my Roku player does NOT go past "Activate your Roku player" and constantly wants my or edit or resend email.
Help?

We would recommend performing a factory reset on the affected device and then trying linking your existing Roku account once again.

If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of the Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
