Roku keeps pausing like every 2 minutes

My roku pauses no matter what channel I try. Netflix, hulu, peacock. However all my other rokus in the house work fine.

We see that you're experiencing a channel playback issue on your Roku, and we're here to assist you. 

Have you tried rebooting your Roku? If not, we recommend rebooting it to see if it makes any difference. 

Here's how...

  1. Press Home 
     
    on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

Also, could you please provide the latest software version of your Roku? It can be found in Settings > System > About
