The Roku website says it is installed but it is not showing up in my list of installed apps on the Roku device. The Roku website does not give me an option to uninstall it so that I can reinstall it. And when I search for it through the Roku app, it doesn't show up anywhere in any search listings.
What are my options? #peacock

We understand you are unable to find the Peacock channel on your home screen. We're happy to help. Check for Roku system updates: Go to Settings > System > System update on your Roku device and select "Check now" to ensure that your device is running the latest software version. If there are any updates available, proceed with the installation.

We will be more than happy to assist you further with your concern about the Peacock channel. Another thing to check is whether it's linked to the same Roku account as the device that can get it. The Roku account's email address is displayed under Settings->System->About screen.

This was the problem. Thank you for your help. I will be upgrading my Roku devices.
