Channel guide for antenna TV

I just recently disconnected the internet from my Roku TV & hooked up a flat screen antenna. I scanned the channels & everything is great there. The problem is on the channel guide, the channels all appear but  the information for the channel keeps disappearing & I have to repopulate it everytime I turn the TV off & on. Channel 2 & 11 won't populate info at all. It's not the actual station because my bedroom TV,  Not a Roku, is fine. Have antenna TV there too. I don't get it. Super annoying.

Re: Channel guide for antenna TV

Hi @Raven2015,

We're glad to have you here in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you letting us know about the behavior you've encountered on your Roku device, in which the channel information keeps disappearing on the Channel Guide.

Please consider following the steps outlined below to help resolve the issue you've experienced.

  1. Go to Home
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to TV inputs
  4. Go to Live TV
  5. Go to Manage channels
  6. Click Hide streaming channels, then go back and scan for antenna channels.

For more information, visit our Support article on how to set up watch live TV on your Roku TV system.

Also, you can consider performing a system reboot by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart if the issue occurs again.

We hope this helps! Feel free to keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you.

Thanks,
Chel

Re: Channel guide for antenna TV

I've already tried all the above. I figure it must be a Roku glitch in the channel guide for antenna TV. My TV in the bedroom is also hooked up to antenna TV with no issues. Not a Roku.
