You have to do a factory reset to get a link code. If you have access to the menu:
settings> system> advanced system settings> factory reset
Without the link code we cannot link the tv to the phone app. I was not able to memorize the link code the first time and now o can’t get a lo k code without rebooting the tv ??
o have 5 roku tv 4 are linked to my iphone roku app. The one that i cannot find a link code is my newest. There jas to be. A way can someone help please.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
Roku devices should not need a link code to work in conjunction with the Roku mobile app.

i can't get link code after factory reset just, language, network and i use my new roku account i cant receive link code only saying we're sorry , the email you provide isn't working .
