You have to do a factory reset to get a link code. If you have access to the menu:
settings> system> advanced system settings> factory reset
be_li-da, we need more details on exactly what's happening. Once you factory reset a Roku it restarts and displays the "Select your language" screen. After that it should try to connect to your network and then it should try to link to your Roku account. How far in the process did you get? Were there any error messages? What screen is displaying right now?
after factory reset i can't get link code , i use my new roku account i can't receive code just saying we're sorry , the email you provide isn't woking
