I am having the same issue with my Roku TV. Was hoping to find a way to stop it, but guess not. That's frustrating.

I'm having the same issues. After turning the TV off, it comes back on after 12 minutes. So I end up having to unplug it. I have a Philips Roku tv 6500 series 40"

We acknowledge the issue you've shared with us, and we'd like to know more about this. By any means, in what kind does your TV require reactivation? Is this about a channel/app or re-activation as in setting up your Roku TV from the beginning with the "Let's Get Started" prompt?
