Roku setup

Hi,
Suddenly my AppleTV+ is no longer showing up on Roku. I went to the streaming store and it's not there, either (but when I looked it up under my account, it says it's installed) What happened? I have a Roku 4.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We're glad you reached out. Just wanted to let you know that the Roku 4 won't be getting the latest software update anymore. So, most channels might have updates that won't work with this model. Also, after checking with Apple TV-supported devices, turns out the Roku 4 (4400X) is no longer supported. That's probably why you can't find the channel.

You might need to upgrade to our latest devices and check for the available offers you are eligible for here at my.roku.com/upgrade.
