Could you please send us here the serial number of your Roku device? Its serial number or device ID is printed on the bottom or back of the product. I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further.

Could you walk us through the issue you are experiencing? Which step in the process went wrong and got stuck? Do you receive an error message or code? 

To help troubleshoot the issue further, follow this link: How to activate or link your Roku streaming device

If the issue is not resolved, kindly provide with us the details requested along with the serial number of your Roku TV so we can help you further. You can often find this information on the back of your Roku TV. 

Keep us posted on how it goes.

It tells me my email is incorrect, even though I have several Roku devices registered to that address.

I finally got it to work yesterday after about 14 times restarting the entire system and threatening to throw myself out a window. Good luck!
