I’ve tried 6 times over 60 mins to have activation link sent. It’s not in my inbox or spam folder. This is for a new streaming stick.

Email addresses are not case-sensitive, but extra characters that may have been added by mistake can prevent an activation email from arriving in your inbox.

Still did not receive an email activation? Kindly keep us posted along with the serial number of your Roku device that can be found printed on the bottom or back of the product. So we can assist you further.

So annoying put in email about 20 times also tried other email addresses as stated on trouble shooting to no avail. I'm going to take back to shop if it continues. No contact email address for Roku either to help with the situation

I've spent nearly the whole weekend trying to get this stick activated. I am getting the same visual all the time regarding they can't send email which I find a tad strange as I have been receiving emails from other companies no problem. Any chance of some help as their is No contact emails anywhere on your website! Can you give me some sort of contact in order to get this rectified. Please Do not send me to the same link as before as it just goes around in circles.

Was you able to take it back to the shop? What one did you get instead? And did you encounter the same frustration as with this Roku brand? No help just keep on redirecting to unhelpful links which go around in circles
nearly seven days on and no help whatsoever with activation. Just getting the generic email with regards link to support, which is absolutely useless and going around in circles! Time to take back to the shop and get a refund.
No support and definately no help!
I would not recommend Roku, its customer service is non existent! I can't say I haven't tried but 7 days in I am defeated!
