I use my phone for the remote
Hello my Tony tv isn’t working
it comes on then it keeps showing Roku and nothing else.
I use my cell phone for my remote.

Thank you for informing us about the issue with your Roku TV, which keeps on displaying the Roku logo. No worries, we are more than happy to help you resolve this issue.
Before we proceed, can you tell us what model of Roku TV you are having an issue with? In the meantime, we recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps to restart your Roku TV:
- Unplug the Roku TV from the power source.
- Wait at least 5 seconds.
- Re-connect the power cable.
- Wait for your Roku TV to power on and check if the issue persists.

Turned off tv and same issues are the same.

We would like to gather more information regarding this issue that you had with the Roku TV. Can you please provide the following information below?
- When did the issue start?
- Could you provide us with a photo or video clip?
In the meantime, we recommend unplugging/powering down your wireless router and then booting your Roku device up to see if you get past the bouncing Roku logo. If so, try plugging back up your wireless network. Make sure to troubleshoot in this order, and then let us know if there's any difference afterward.
