Thanks for sharing this here. We see that you're having trouble connecting your Roku Mobile App to your Roku Express. Don't worry; we're here to sort this out.
If this is the only device that isn't showing on your Roku App, verify if...
- It is connected to the same network as your mobile device where the app was installed.
- Your device is on the latest software. To make sure, check for available software updates by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.
In the meantime, try rebooting your Roku device.
Here's how:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
