We understand you're having a problem with the headphone mode feature since the DVR resets to the beginning when switching it. We're happy to assist you further.
If you activate Headphone Mode when the video is already playing, playback will stop and restart as the video is synchronized with the audio in your headphones. To avoid this behavior, connect your headphones and activate Headphone Mode before you start streaming the movie or TV show.
