Roku mobile app

The iphone app update now has 'my roku' on the remote screen.  they eliminated the row of 'recent apps' and now try to market content instead.   supposedly the recent apps still are there, but no icon shows up so you can't select one.   How do I tell them to lose this new 'My Roku' sh*t and put it back to a simple remote with the recent apps list.   VERY annoying.   We use Amazon streaming sticks when we travel, much better setup in hotels, may have to lose the Roku at home and shift to an Amazon device....

We understand you're having a problem with the Roku mobile app. We're happy to assist you further. To access recently used apps on the Roku mobile app, simply open the app, select "Devices" from the navigation bar, choose your Roku device, and then click on "Apps on Roku"; this will display a list of your recently used applications on the Roku itself.
