Connecti g smartphone as remote
I had used my smartphone as a remote before on my Onn ra d tv equipped with Roku TV. Kw my obine wo t connect to the tv.

Have you tried turning off your Wi-Fi completely turning off your ONN TV completely and turning off your cell phone completely and then repowering each in that order?
Also could you have changed your Wi-Fi password or gotten a new cell phone or new TV? I would do a password check to make sure that your password is correct on both the TV and your cell phone. Also maybe uninstall and then reinstall the Roku remote on your phone.
