Here are some quick suggested fixes you might try:
- Reboot your Router. Start by unplugging it from the power source then plugging it back in to restart the connection from your Router to your Roku device.
- Sign out and then sign back into the app. If the issue is still not resolved, try the next step below.
- Uninstall and then reinstall the app.
