Additionally, the team would like to know if you have tried connecting your Fire Tablet to a different network and signing in to the app again to see if there are any changes or if that resolves the issue.

Attached are an edited screenshot of the home/main screen, suggesting I log in, and a cropped photo of the login attempt response. As you can see on the main screen, the app can see the Roku device and is connected to it. Logging in to "get the full experience" fails. And yes, it's the right login credentials & password.
I replaced my router recently, completely changing my entire network setup. The problem is consistent.
This is good, and I also can connect to my ultra from Fire HD10. All my apps and channels open and work. Roku app remote works. I think all that's missing is account management. But you can do that in browser!
