while I'm changing the channels sometimes working faster, I think it might be setup box problem give me any suggestions regarding this ... thanks advance

Sorry VW. We need more information to provide any assistance. What model is your Roku, and which remote do you have? What exactly do you mean about changing channels? And mentioning a set top box does not help, since no Roku remote will control any set top box other than the Roku itself. The remote might be able to control the volume on a TV using either IR commands or HDMI CEC functionality. But we need to know exactly what you're trying to control and what it is or is not doing correctly.

Again, you're not providing details. What channel are you changing? Is this a Roku TV, and you're changing over the air channels? Different channels available within a channel such as Pluto TV, Fubo TV or The Roku Channel? Inside Netflix, what are you trying to do that the remote isn't working properly? I have no idea what you mean by beating your remote like EX. 

If it's a recent purchase (the remote, or the Roku itself with the remote?), then it should be covered under the Roku warranty. But they (Roku) will need to know your model and serial number.
