KetchamL, your picture didn't get attached, but the TV has nothing to do with pairing a remote to a Roku stick. For sticks with the Wi-FI receiver embedded in the USB cable you must use that cable for the remote to work at all and if the cable fails you'll never be able to pair the remote. Sticks also only work with voice remotes, so if your remote doesn't have a microphone button it won't work.

Off the top of my head, a Roku remote that has a power button, yet no voice button, sounds like a replacement remote for a Roku TV. If so, that won't work on a stick or any Roku player.
