i have paired my roku voice remote pro (from streaming stick 4K+ (2021)) with my sonos beam sound bar.
the roku remote control volume button will only turn the volume up on the sound bar. the remote can’t lower the volume
the remote’s mute button works for the sound bar.
i see this is a problem that has been sited for the last couple of years and it has not been solved yet?
can anyone help me?
