its been 2-3 days that when i press the netflix button on roku express remote,the tv doesnt open netflix app as before.the same happens when i press any key at the remote i cant go to roku main page

Have you tried switching out the batteries in your remote? Have you made sure that the remote has clear line of sight to the device IR receiver?

Sure, paint over any and all buttons that fail.  That solves the problem every time.
