I am assuming you are trying to program your Bell remote to control the Roku TV.
Not all universal remotes with work with Roku, but if your Bell Fibe remote is programmable you can try the different remote codes and see if it will accept the programming code for the Roku.
Just do a google search for Roku TV remote program codes and you will see a few you can try. You may have to try several before you find one that works but there is a possibility your remote may not be compatible with the codes.
