I have a Roku stick. The remote hasn't been working properly recently.. I changed the batteries and it didn't fix the issue. I can change streaming services and what to watch, but it won't work when I try to turn the volume up or down and it won't turn the TV off or on. Can I get a replacement remote? Or is there another way to fix this?

By default, the power, volume, and mute buttons on WiFi-Direct Roku remotes send the appropriate signals to your TV via line of sight infrared (IR) signals. Different TVs have different sets of IR codes they accept, so you have to set up the remote to send the correct code set for YOUR TV.  If your remote has stopped controlling the TV's power, volume, and mute functions, you may need to set this up again.

Roku menu path:
"Settings -> Remotes & devices > Remotes"
At this point if your remote has already been setup for the TV but you need to reset it, arrow down to select your Remote (in use).
Now select "Set up remote for TV control" .. And follow the prompts.

If that doesn't work for you, try setting the TV functions up as a new remote device under "Settings -> Remotes & devices >  +Add devices"
