You must be persistent email support best yet go to website to ask for how to set up roku keep saying you need more help to get to a chat with support file your issue you should get a support ticket keep emailing until they send a replacement tell your story as you do here also file a complaint with BBB and they will also contact roku for you don’t give up

In less than a week the battery levels drop down to 3%. That is the message that comes on the screen. This has been occurring for the past 2 months.
If your roku is under warranty less than a year follow online help on website to chat and get a complaint on record for a replacement
in interim put in new batteries and remove after each use don’t leave in

Having same battery drainage issue with Roku express 4k+ .. still under warranty.
Have tried the solutions listed & still is draining in a couple days. Is this just defective?
