I purchased a LG OLED B3. I have had a ROKU stick I used in my old tv. It worked perfect on volume & mute. Tech that delivered & set up the new LG said my ROKU remote won’t work for volume & mute because it’s too old. He said, “You need the ROKU remote that has a button inside the battery compartment to get volume & mute”. I went to Purchase a new remote & the assistant opened 4 ROKU boxes & opened the battery compartments…NO BUTTON!!!IS THERE SUCH A ROKU REMOTE????

Thanks Jharra,
I will convey this to the RC Willey technicians that attempted several times with 3 separate voice ROKU remotes to add volume & mute to the ROKU remote & operate my new LG OLED B3 tv. Everything else works via voice including on & off commands. I’m confused?
