I’m having the same problem as everyone else. Moderators, are you shipping us replacement remotes? I have a Streaming Stick+, serial number YH00FX760639.
My serial # is X016002EC1FH. Please help fix this, it's ridiculous.

My Roku remote has suddenly started draining batteries! My remote worked fine for a really long time. But in the past 2 months it started eating batteries once a week I'm replacing brand new batteries! What's the deal? I saw lots of threads and no answer on how to fix it! Please help!!

Please contact your TV's manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
If you need a replacement remote for a Roku TV, you would need to contact your TV manufacturer.

In order to assist you further, we need to gather information such as the serial/device id. If you are unable to check it from Settings>System>About through the Roku device. In addition, please try to remove and reinsert the batteries if this helps resolve the issue. As well as checking the steps on this link to get your remote back up and running: http://go.roku.com/remotehelp
