Any updates on this? Same thing happening to me. I change my batteries about twice a week. Any advice on how to get this fixed?
My Roku smart soundbar remote goes through batteries every 2 weeks. Can I get a fix? I emailed support with the details of the device and they ignored me.

It's been months since you posted you're looking into the issue of the model 3810x draining batteries in a day or two. I bought 2 of these at the same time from Best Buy and one drains very quickly and the other seems to be ok. The SN of the one draining quickly is YH0037445433. Please let me know if you've come with a solution yet.
The SN of the one that seems ok is YH003D134462
Thank you
