We appreciate you letting us know about the ability to control the power and volume of your TV if you have a Roku Express device. We'd be happy to provide further information about this.
If you have a Roku Express plugged into your TV, please be aware that the remote that came with it is a Roku Players (simple) remote that doesn't have built-in Power and Volume buttons. In this case, we suggest using your TV remote instead.
