Remote will not charge. Please see all the other posts for details. I have provided my issue including serial number and model number several times over moths now. I have also done all of the steps requested of myself and others. Here is the remote numbers again.

It looks like you're providing the serial number of your remote. Please be advised that we need the serial number of the Roku device itself for us to proceed. It consists of 12 alphanumeric characters and can be located at the back of the player.
