We purchased the newest Ulta Roku with Voice Commands aboutc6 orc7 months ago. Recently, when you push the volume up or down button, the remote increases/decreases until you hit the button again, similar to fast forward.

We understand you're having a problem with your Roku remote. We're happy to help you. Please try to restart your Roku Ultra by going to settings, system, power, and system restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)

I performed the RESTART. sound worked ok for about 10 minutes, then back to “fast forward”!!!!

We appreciate the effort that you put into troubleshooting the issue. No worries; we will be more than happy to assist you further. Please try to unplug both the Roku device and TV for 1 to 2 minutes, then re-plug them back again.
