When I press the voice search button it no longer works and doesn’t do anything.

I have tried:

1. Resettting remote

2.  Re-pairing remote

i see other have had the same issue, but I never really saw how it was fixed / solved.

my remote is only a year old at most.

It seems that the voice search button on the Roku remote has stopped working. To help me look further into this, can you please tell me:

• The model number of the remote.
• Have you tried changing the batteries?
• When and where did you purchase the Roku remote? Did it come with a Roku device, or was it bought separately?
