My power cable has not worked for more than a month. The Roku device cannot connect to wifi without it, so replacing with other USB cable only power up the device, no connection. The replacement USB Power Cable with Long-range Wi-Fi® Receiver is $20, which is huge percent of the price of the device. s/n:C237A6984966

Hi,
My roku's USB Power Cable with Long-range Wi-Fi® Receiver is not working apparently as it seems to be broken. Model # is : 3810X and SN is C1379H151404. Apparently on Roku website they are out of stock and from past 1 month and we dont know what to do.
Regards,
Aneela Farooq
If your Roku is under warranty you can file a claim. If you have owned it longer than a year it is no longer covered. The cable is $19.99 plus shipping. A new Roku Streaming Stick 4K is currently on sale for $39.99.
I have owned my roku for less than 5 months, and this cable has crumbled. I would like a replacement cable as well please.
