Good afternoon,
We are having the same problem many others are having. The right arrow is not working for our 4 K streaming stick. The volume button turns the TV off. We have tried all the suggestions. The remote seems to be defective.

I have already tried the reset instructions that have been described. However, the down and right button still do not work. It is a hardware, not software issue.

I have had 2 sticks replaced in the last 6 months. I bought an ultra because frankly the streaming stick is prehaps roku`s worst device ever. I put the streaming stick into a tv that barely gets used. I would advise to never purchase a 4k streaming stick and if the third one breaks I am not going to bother.
