While watching a show, my TCL Roku TV just quit and the power indicator goes off and on and the red TCL Roku Screen comes off and on. The remote doesn't work to turn the TV off or on and none of the buttons work in order to return to the home screen. Eventually the power indicator stays steady on as well as the red TCL Roku Screen, still can't turn the TV off other than pulling the plug.
We powered everything off, reset our Telus receiver and modem, changed the batteries in the remote and nothing worked. We tried the reset button as well as holding in for 10 seconds to initiate a factory reset...nothing. Any suggestions?
