Inteset 422-3: https://www.amazon.com/Inteset-Universal-Backlit-Learning-Streamers/dp/B00M4I1BAY/ I assume.  So, its number inputs work good with OTA TV channels, Spectrum's Roku app, etc.?

All I know is it works on antenna channels and live tv. I don't have spectrum. It doesn't work on pluto tv channels and they are numbered. It will only change to an active channel number.

Does Peacock (haven't used it much) have channel numbers?  Channel numbers are usually location based - with VHF channels being only 2-13,  once city  might have channel 7 being the local ABC channel, while another might have it for PBS

I'm in the process of buying a new tv today and in the process of finding one with roku included, they all have the minimalistic roku remote without channel numbers. Vizio, onn, element, all the american brands only have that remote. I need one with numbers because see my mom won't like that endless channel scrolling. I hope they come up with something different soon

My TCL tv with ROKU will be going in the trash can.  I will never buy another TV that I cannot input a channel number.

Kind of harsh to pitch an otherwise working TV. At least donate it so it can still find a use somewhere.

I hear ya! You wouldn’t believe the email I got when trying to find out who is the mfg of the remote. They were very condescending! Sad part is if you use the app you can use numbers for the channels… even the sub channels. So it begs the question… why can’t they make a remote that uses numbers. I have little hands an the stupid thinks too small even for me.

DirecTV Stream (no satellite) was my best find solution   The basic entertainment package was about $69 plus tax Their device with a remote was $125 or maybe $50 for a refurbished unit  

it works and I’m done screwing around with this issue.

I have given up on finding an acceptable remote with channel numbers that I can pair and make work with Roku TV..

@RonOh  No live tv streaming service offer on Roku or Firestick will have a remote with channel numbers. DirecTV Stream does offer channel numbers but it’s pointless cause you can’t enter them. Unless you use the DirecTV Stream box
