My remote power, volume and mute stop working all of a sudden. Batteries are good. I have an Onn TV. The remote was working fine i think up until roku updated then the remote wasn't working anymore. Any one experience this yet and if so any ideas?

To better understand the situation, could you please provide the model of your Roku remote as well as the Roku device it is paired with? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could check the current version of your Roku device, which you can find under Settings > System > About.

In the meantime, kindly try to reboot your remote by following the steps provided:

• If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
• If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds.

In the meantime, please consider using our Roku mobile app for temporary and backup remotes.
