I am having the same problem that many people have posted about where my remote says it cannot hear me when I try to speak into it it's been fine up until just a few days ago. and surprise surprise it's right after it did a software update I will keep this device but I will not recommend Roku to any of my family members and I will not buy another Roku device their customer service is the worst of many companies their customer service is the worst of many companies their customer service is the worst of many companies any their customer service is the worst of any company I've dealt with they don't mind taking your money when you pay them but they don't want to give any customer service when things go wrong.
and just so nobody tells me to follow all the stuff that's posted on here I've already done it all. I guess the reason there's a Roku community is because the company is too **bleep** and cheap to pay people to actually help their customers they want us to help each other even though we don't work for their **bleep** company
