Roku remote keeps unpairing Roku TCL TV

Same issue for me.  Roku remote keeps unpairing from Roku/TCL tv.

Hi @Trayfrog,

Thanks for keeping us posted.

We just want to confirm, have you already unpaired and paired your Roku remote to your Roku TV? Additionally, have you gone through the system restart which is by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart?

Let us know so we can proceed with the necessary actions to address this.

I’m having the same issue. Works for a min then quits responding. I have to keep re-pairing.

Thank you but I have tried every thing in the troubleshooting section. The TV says it’s connected but it only works for a bit then stops. Maybe it’s defective. I’m returning it.
