Hi @cmh17, thank you for posting in the Roku community!

We appreciate your efforts to resolve the remote issue. Could you please specify which remote you are having issues with? Have you tried using a Roku mobile app to see if the issue occurs there as well?

We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the voice command feature to see if this makes any difference.

My remote cannot hear me either. Here is my info. Model 4662RW. Serial #YJ008C574278. Software version 13.1.4 build 1512-46

Device is 046088574278.

I need this to be fixed.

I am having the same issues with my remote after attempting all of the recommended fixes. 

Frustrating and looking for a solution other than purchasing a new remote or just going back to Fire Stick

We would like to know if you have tried resetting your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try using the voice command feature to see if this makes any difference.

Yes..  I have done all of the recommended options. When I press the mic button, it will beep and indicate "listening" on the screen but ALWAYS returns the same message,  "unable to hear you try again".
