What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Have you tried replacing the batteries in your remote? Have you made sure that the directional buttons on your remote aren't stuck?

same problem: as soon as i turn on roku i'm in the menu that won't stop scrolling.  I can't even click on home or netflix or hulu--just plain stuck.

@JeffHarrison, have you tried restarting your Roku device by unplugging the power for a few seconds and plugging it back in?
