Roku isn't working correctly
Starting a couple weeks ago my 3 Roku remotes aren't working as they should. When watching a program the stop, fast forward functions don't work. I have to re-start the Roku to get them working again. Also when I do that the program I was watching doesn't go back to the position it was at, it goes back to the beginning. This is a real pain. This is not a battery problem as I have changed the batteries. Makes me want to dump Roku. Checked software and it's up to date.

Let's perform some steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Follow the steps below:
Restart your Roku Remote
- Reset your remote: Press and hold the Back/pairing button and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
Re-pair your Roku remote
- Set the Roku device in pairing mode, unplug it from the power outlet for 15 seconds, and plug it in again.
- Initiate pairing by pressing and holding the Back and Home/pairing buttons for 5 seconds.
