Hi there, like many people in this forum (hundreds?), my voice remote suddenly won't hold a charge, I can't get it above 1% -- it only works if plugged in directly at this point.
I've tried four different USB cables. I've tried re-pairing, and resetting the roku device.
My device serial # is X01700N4VH7U
The software version is 12.5.5 build 4174-CU
Can you please help me figure out how to replace it?

Hi there -- yes, I've tried a different charger for each of the last three nights.
None of the four difference chargers have gotten the charge above 1%, though the green charging light makes it look like it's charging when it's plugged in.
What's the next step on getting a working remote?

Hi there — I’ve tried this twice now and I’ve tried charging it ever since, and it won’t hold a charge. The “remote battery level: 0%” notice on the top right corner of the screen still pops up every few minutes.
