Mic just stopped working. Tried all the steps suggested and did not work. Can we get a refund? This product has issues.

Since nothing has worked as with any item that is not working correctly I would like to exchange it for a remote that works. How do I do that without any hassle? If this was Amazon I would retirn it no problem.
