I just purchased TWO Voice Remote Pro 2nd Edition with the USB charging and they've been plugged in for 3 days and STILL haven't finished charging. Instructions say the light should go from blinking white to green and it's not doing it. Instructions say it should take about 5 hours. Roku support is ZERO helpful. Anybody else experience this? Are these unit's just **bleep**?

My recharge port wears out very quickly only averaging about 4 to 6 months and then it’s no good and won’t recharge anymore. Very poor quality. I’ve had to buy five of these already. I’m ready to switch to a different stream service because of the poor quality remote
Why do I have to keep buying these because the charging port keeps wearing out after 4 to 6 months of use just had to order another one very dissatisfied customer I have Roku ultra player Roku streaming stick another Roku streaming stick longtime Roku customer very dissatisfied with this remote quality

I have tried all the things that you have listed and using a different charger List Paired with Roku ultra just seems like I have to buy a new one every six months. I have four of them here and the charging port just goes bad no matter what charging cord I use
