My Hisense Roku TV keeps strolling on its own. I have rest, unplugged and taken out the batteries of the remote and it continues to move on its own. Recently it has factory reset on its own and turned on by itself. The sensor light continues to flash red and the tv makes continuous click noise as if I’m changing the chanel.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced. We recommend performing a complete reset to your Roku TV to resolve this. Locate the pinhole of your Roku TV at the back of it. Once the reset button is located and your Roku TV is powered on, press and hold the reset button firmly for about 30 seconds until it reboots.

This is also happening to me on multiple TCL TVs.  On its own it changes stations, volume, rewinds, turns on and off, makes selections etc.   The selections can occur in very rapid succession.  Then without any change the TV can work completely fine for hours.  Makes zero sense.  
One side note.. the suggestion to remove batteries from remote doesn’t work for those with rechargeable remotes.  What’s the suggestion then?  Use until dead??
