I have reset device, removed batteries, replace batteries, and did every single trouble shooting tips. I cannot figure out why remote won't work. HELP?!

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

For Roku simple remote or IR remote, it only uses invisible infrared (IR) light and you will need to simply point the remote directly at the front of your Roku device when you are using it. The pairing process is compatible with a Roku voice remote to selected Roku devices.
