Right arrow not working on Streaming Stick 4K remote.
The right arrow button on my streaming stick 4K does not work. All other buttons work fine. I have tried all of the suggested steps to repair, and none work. The remote is defective.

- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select Remotes & Devices.
- Select Remote.
- Choose your voice remote from the list and select Set up remote for TV control.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

That solution does not fix the right arrow. I was already able to control the TV with the remote. It is still very hard to get the right arrow to work. I need to repeatedly press the right arrow many times and very hard for it to work. This is annoying.

To send a private message:
- Sign in to the community.
- Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
- Click Compose New Message.
- Enter the recipient's name in the Send to area.

- Enter the subject for the message in the Message Subject area.
- Type the reply in the Message Body editor.
- Click Send Message.
