For the past several days I am not able to rewind while watching any program no matter the channel/app (YouTube. Tubi, Pluto, etc.). I have literally tried everything. I rebooted the system by removing the plug. I removed the batteries. I put them back in and plugged in the system again. No dice. I repaired the remote. Again, no dice. I am at my wits end. This Roku remote, model RC-GZ1 does not have a pairing button so I had to use the alternate method of pressing and holding both the home and back button after I removed the power from the device and the batteries from the remote and putting the battery and plug back in. Still, no go. Is there anything else I can do, or do I need to contact customer service since I only got this in September? Thanks for any help you can give.
Sounds like the key itself gave out, lost conductivity? Just replace it.
I only got it in September. Is this covered under the warrenty?
I believe the warranty is a year, however, based on comments here, warranty service doesn’t seem super fast, so you may want a backup or the (free) phone app while you wait.
