If the issue persists, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.

We’ve lost power before and it’s come back on just fine- until this last time. Now it is blinking constantly but not connecting. I did every step of the websites troubleshooting: unplugging, resetting, new batteries, plug into wall- the whole 9 yards. Then I found this and went through all the suggestions- nothing. It’s stuck on the pairing screen and the remote is still just blinking.
