Are there any blinking lights if you press any buttons on your remote?
In addition, we suggest pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 30 seconds to reset your remote. After doing so, try to re-pair it again to see if it will make any difference.

Hi I am having the same problem with my 4k express and my stick but I already replaced my remotes and I have reset and paired them several times. Not sure what else to do?

We have three devices in our house and two NEVER work. One does. The remotes don't work with the devices so we can't use them. Very frustrated and quite disgusted.
My remote is not working. I just set up roku 11 18 23. Not sure on how to get a new remote and how long that one will work.

Before we proceed, may we first know how it's not working? Have you tried pairing it to no avail? Or have you successfully paired and utilized it before then it stopped working?

Hello, my remote also randomly stopped working. I don’t think there’s an option to reset/restart our Roku system, but we did try different batteries as well and those didn’t seem to help either.
